Wetsuits
All Flatlock Stitched, Blindstitched and Liquid Seams wetsuits are covered by a limited 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.
Accessories
All accessories are covered by a limited 3-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.
To ensure a hassle-free warranty claim, please register your C-Skins product here and keep your proof of purchase.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fin cuts and colour fading.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling or storage, excessive exposure to sunlight, or failure to follow the care instructions.
- Damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
- Products used for commercial, rental, teaching or instructional purposes.
- Cuts or holes in smooth neoprene caused by fingernails.
- Wetsuits repaired or altered by anyone other than an authorised C-Skins repair service.
- Second-hand products or products sold as seconds.
How to make a warranty claim.
Please email the following to info@c-skins.eu
- A photo of the damaged product.
- A description of the damage.
- How and when the damage occurred.
- The product's serial number.
- A copy of your original proof of purchase.
Our team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
